I would like to thank you so much for everything you have done for Curt. My mother has always told me that God takes care of his children, and boy was she right. God knew what he was doing when he blessed our family with you. You have been a wonderful role model for Curt, and he thinks the world of you. Curt looks at you as a father figure and his his whole attitude has changed since meeting you. Being a single parent isn't easy, but when God sends me an angel like you, life does get easier! THANK YOU and you will always be family! If we can ever do anything to help, just let us know!

Montgomery Museum of Fine ArtsThe very first time I met Brandon I knew I wanted him to train me. He took so much time and interest in learning my thoughts, wants, goals, AND me as a person. Considering that I am a single mom of a young child he was willing to work out a schedule with me that was convenient to me. So, a few days later I began my journey with Brandon. I immediately
fell in love with the way my body felt. After the first week I started feeling stronger, had more energy, and looked forward to my training sessions. After the second week rolled around I actually saw results in my body, and did not have trouble sleeping at night anymore. Before I knew it I had placed 1st ( for my age group) in the 10 k Resurrection run. I had won my first trophy for running, and that was all it took. This achievement has proven that all the blood, sweat, and hard work was paying off. I have proven to myself I am an athlete . Without having Brandon to push me and hold me accountable for
working out to my limit I could not have done or achieved my goals.

Being physically active and in shape has always been a part of my life. Building and maintaining a beautifully shaped and well-toned body requires dedication to a regimen of cardiovascular exercise and weight training; along with compliance to a healthy diet. I began to find my workouts not only become boring and mundane, but I found myself having to work harder in order to achieve the same goals. It was becoming tougher to stay in shape and I wasn't progressing in my training. I decided to seek out a personal trainer. Given I had always trained myself with good results my criteria for a trainer was strict and the shoes looked like they were going to be very difficult to fill! I was very surprised and pleased when I found Brandon. His reputation preceded him and with his knowledge and expertise, I knew it would be a great fit. Brandon lives what he teaches!!!
