Brandon Francis - Owner & Competitive Bodybuilder

Brandon has been involved with Health, Fitness and Athletics for over 17 years. As a four year football letterman at the University of Southern Mississippi and a track and field national indoor champion, Brandon has a keen knowledge of the importance of proper nutrition.

Nutrition has played a key role in my performance as an athlete. It permitted me to perform at my optimum level,as well as physically recover in a timely fashion from the demand that competitive athletics places on the body.

Today, as a Health and Fitness Professional, I’ve been afforded the opportunity to share with countless people the importance of proper nutrition. With more than 65 percent of Americans adults being overweight and 30 percent obese, it is evident that nutrition is of utmost importance. Whether it is to improve health and athletic performance, reduce the risk of disease & illness, or increase energy levels, my personal responsibility is assisting people with attaining their goals or desires.

I have been involved with weight training and health in general since late high school. Entering high school, I was one of the small kids who never played a sport. Fortunately, a close friend of mine introduced me to the brilliant concept of weight training and maintaining a consistent diet.
I thoroughly advocate supplementation, training, and a strict consistent diet. With these principles anyone can reach any goal. I have studied Sports Nutrition for close to three years and am still learning. Better Fitness is the best place for anyone to learn more about Sports Nutrition, training, diet, and any other questions one may have.
I have been seriously training for close to three years now and learn more and more as the journey unfolds. A good friend of mine introduced me to Brandon and he hired me on the spot. Now, as a part of TEAM BETTER FITNESS, and with the help of Brandon Francis I plan to reach my bodybuilding goals and assist clients reach their fullest potential.

 

Ryan Callicott
My name is Ryan Callicott. I'm seventeen years old. I've played football all my life, and the past four years I have been a linebacker at Stanhope. One of my favorite things to do is workout. I started lifting when I was about fourteen to better myself on the field. Around that time, I heard about Better Fitness and decided to stop by. I talked with Brandon and he introduced me to supplementation. He helped me understand that you have to fuel your body to get bigger and stronger. When I was about fifteen, Better Fitness moved to its current location. When it moved, I started training at TruFitness. Watching Brandon and Rob train there, really motivated me to seriously start training. This has really helped me a lot in football. Now, I am one of the strongest players on our team. I plan on playing football in college, so i've been working to make that happen. I just recently took my training to another level. With the help of Brandon, I now eat a strict diet that consists of multiple protien enriched meals. I feel very strong and really good about this upcoming season.
